1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Within Egypt 🇪🇬

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Calculated at checkout
      or
    • Fixed rate (e.g., 50–70 EGP depending on location)

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will be contacted via phone or WhatsApp
  • A tracking number will be provided to follow your shipment

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping companies in Egypt such as:

  • Aramex
  • Bosta

(The shipping provider may vary depending on your location)

5. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Shipping or logistical issues
  • Holidays and peak seasons

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
Darzen is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos (if applicable)

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
